The Othala rune (ᛟ) symbolises heritage, inherited property, home, and belonging. It represents both ancestral property passed down through generations and the spiritual connection to one's roots, family, and community. 
 
We hand carved the rune then cast it in copper. The pendant comes on a corded necklace with chain extender or has the option for an 18 inch sterling silver chain.
 
Copper jewellery tarnishes naturally. Polish it after each wear. In mythology, copper has the ability to conduct spiritual energy and to amplify thoughts. When copper is worn, it is said to emanate healing energies and allowing blocked energies to flow which is why we've incorporated it into our designs to strengthen your intentions.
